Hard Work

Hello,I'm Kazuhiro Ikeda.

We started the business project from last week and we are continuing to work on to finish it after school.
Some people do the project at QUT until 9 o'clock!!

All our classes are about the bisiness project from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Everyone gets very tired.


But there are only a few days left in Australia.

So I'll do my best to finish the project!!



A great pity is that maybe there is no opportunity to go to the City any more...

I'm sure you can understand how hard we are working on the project!!

16th August

Hi!I'm Misa.
Today,I went to Gold coaste with my host family.
Some of my freinds went there yesterday.So, I am very happy to go there today.
There is a ocean in the gold coast,ofcourse...
Unfortunatel , I could not swim but I could see dolfin!!
It was really cute!!
And I eat fish and tips in the afternoon.

From tommrow , I have to work really hard because of my business project......
So I played with my host family hard.

Business Project

hi everyone!
Im Maiko. Friday afternoon, no class, sunny outside.....umm
Ready for the friday night?
.........nope!

All of us are concentrating on the business project which is due on Monday.( i guess idk LOL)
hopefully we can go to Gold coast tomorrow for a day off. Thats probably the only thing everybody is hoping for at this moment.

speaking of the project i just mentioned, ive been searching for Sirromet Winery which is from Australia. Whats sucked is its not famous enough to get all information gathered.
oh well my group members are all gone anyway....i will just hang around for a while.

QUT 8th August and 9th August

Hello!!
Today is actually Sunday, but I could'nt write this in Saturday .So I will Write both of Saturday and Sunday.

8th August :STRADBROKE ISELAND
Yesterday, we go to Stradboke Iseland! The iseland was very very beautiful!!!!!!
Especially, I love the ocean!! I was surprised to see the colour of the ocean was blue!!
I have never seen such a beatiful ocean....
And, we met with aboriginal people in Australia. They were very very nice!! They taught us aboriginal dance ! And we made bumeran.It was really really FUN!!!
All of us had been excieted all day long except the way going back to QUT..........
Yeah....., anyway , I had a VERY VERY VERY good day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


9th August:Sunday
I went shoppping with my host sister.She is really nice! I love her very much!
I bought many clothes ,CDs, rips,chocolate, present for my mother and my cousin .
My cousin is 27 old now, and he is having baby!!! So I bought some baby goods.They are really cute!!!!!!I can't wait to give them presents!
But I don't wanna go back Japan........
I LOVE HOLIDAY!

I'm Azusa who got a baton for our blog from second person.



What we learned first today is presentation skills.
To give audience good presentation, we should use body language which includes eye contact, gestures, facial expression, movement, posture, and more.
We were separated into 4 groups and practiced it.
It was interesting and will help our presentation on the end of 3 weeks.





And after that, we had a good lunch time together!
My lunch was curry and rice today.
my host mother cooks very well!
And, junk food is delicious overhere:-)
I don't want to be fat but if I would, it can't help.haha





In the afternoon, our teacher Tonny, explained to us about marketing.
For the presentation of the marketing plan,
my groups chose the company called "SIRROMET" which sells nice wine.
That sounds interesting!








Classes are over today, and I'm writing this blog in a PC room now.
It's getting colder and dark already because of winter overhere.
and it's time to go home and have dinner.








Anyway, I'm having fun and a great experience with everyone!
and I'm looking forward to the trip on Saturday!

Studying at QUT

Hello, I'm Kazuhiro Ikeda from a computer room in QUT.

I'm going to talk about studying at QUT.

We have a class to improve our English language skills, especially speaking skills from 8:30. And after lunch break, we take a business class from 1:00 to 4:00.

But today, we went to a winery, Sirromet in afternoon. It's located far from QUT so we went there by bus.

Sirromet has a large land and we listened to the explanation about Sirromet from the staff in the factory.

And at Sirromet we could see a kangaroo!!

We had a fun time there.

It's time to reach my limit of thinking by English, so I leave next peson to write next blog.

hows life going on

hello everyone, this is Maiko Suzuki from Australia.

For the first blog from here, im going to talk about a little bit about life here.



School starts at 8;30 that is much earlier than usual and classes end around 4.

we have an hour lunch break and 10 minutes break a couple of time in a day that depends on teachers ;p



After school, many students go to the city which is just like an downtown. We can shop, watch movies, eat, and more....... Its not too big to hang around in a day but its a little too big to go all stores after school since most stores close before 6.



Yes, life in Brisbene where were at is very early. Whats more, people go to bed much earlier than Japanese in general. This is probably the main reason why im so tired now ;)









Okay im going home now. Im having a dinner before 6 but im starving right now.
Lets see if i can wait till dinner w/o eating any snacks ;)

Nexr person will talk about studies here ? I bet!
